She has published a total of twelve books, which include Get the Self-Esteem Habit, How to Mend a Broken Heart and Too Young to Get Old. She has written for a wide range of newspapers including The Times, Daily Telegraph and Mail on Sunday, and has been a columnist for The Scotsman, BBC Parenting, Full House, Best, Woman and TV Times. Currently, she writes for Spectator Health and Netdoctor.
