Kristie Speirs Neumeister, Ph.D., is an associate professor in educational psychology at Ball State University where she directs the Gifted Licensure series and teaches graduate courses relating to gifted education. She also is a Consultant to the Indiana Department of Education in the area of High Ability Education.
