Giordano Bruno is one of the famous personalities of the Italian Renaissance. The unjust and barbarian death he had in 1600 when he was burnt at the stake in Rome, transformed him into a martyr of the science. This four acts play deals with that Renaissance titan's human and intellectual journey. Thus, the absurdity of those who had sent his body into the flames is outlined and the philosophical subtleties that made him so famous in the late 16th century are highlighted as well. The play is created with much artistic sense using innovative stylistic procedures and also respecting the historical truth. Therefore, the author enlivens a dramatic vision which enriches the panoply of any refined spirit.
