Joseph Paul Fenech has much to celebrate about his life. When diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder in 1995, Joseph did not succumb to the destructive nature of this mental health issue. Joseph embarked on a journey of personal transformation of mind, body and soul. Depression tried to thwart Joseph's drive however with determination, discipline and courage Joseph attained a Bachelor Degree of Applied Social Science (Counselling and Psychotherapy) at age 55. He excelled in his written work earning many Distinctions for his papers. Since the day of his diagnosis Joseph remains medication free and maintains a strong regiment of meditation, Buddhist Practice, Tai Chi, exercise and diet, Yes there are still trace elements of Bipolar Disorder however whatever manifests is just a visitor passing through.
