Robin Houghton is a life-long student & practitioner of a wide variety of Spiritual & Holistic Healing practices, including Jin Shin Do, Polarity Therapy, herbal medicine, raw food therapy,and Touch for Health, among others, with increasing emphasis on self-healing & self-empowerment systems. He is a 30+ year teacher of Conscious Connected Breathing and personally utilizes Native American and Sufi practices. The THANK GOD! method was inspired by Robin's experience of traumatic blessings and the deep desire to help himself and others to re-program the mind & emotions. Robin lives on the lower slopes of Mt. Shasta, in Northern California, and is the proud Dad of three great kids!
