Bridget's interests lie in the fields of the development of consciousness, raising individual resonance so as to experience greater peace and happiness and, consequently, stimulating the body to heal itself.

Therefore, her interests cover a broad range of subjects, from the inspirational to the spiritual, and the application of quantum physics technology in for the specific purpose of healing the body.

Although seemingly diverse, these subjects are intertwined, because the healthier body operates at a higher frequency; higher frequency states promote health; and this raised resonance state enables the development of greater awareness - which is the expansion of consiousness.

Some of her books are written while in a deeply meditative state, with a particular being in mind. Others are written with a specific intent and direction.
