K.C. Thrall grew up in church and came to know Jesus early in life but was unequipped to fight doubts about God's goodness when facing severe loss as an adult. She spent years wrestling with God and emerged "out of the depths" (Ps 130:1) with the certainty that God is truly good even in the darkest circumstances. As a mother and aunt, God awakened in her a desire to share the truth she learned with the next generation in a solidly biblical, profound and fun way.
