I was born in London 1947 and became a monk in India in 1966.

I returned to England in 1976 and then became a mental health practitioner.

I started a family life after moving to New Zealand, and I spent more than 10 years in clinical teaching or education roles. Hence my predilection for teaching!

My books focus on my spiritual/psychological experience.

This book is a follow on from my previous books.

My first book covered in depth my journey to India and then my ten years in India as a monk. (1966-1976). English-Man, Beggar-Man, Holy-Man.

I write to teach.

Life is a teaching in its journey. I am Goddess inspired in my writing!

I write for the purpose of providing information, teaching and reflection, with the purpose of engendering Enlightenment.

It's all about Divine Grace for me!

I believe that Divine Grace has got me where I am, and now guides me. Also inspires the writing which can be dipped into anywhere as spiritual practice aids
