While tensions build between the aliens and humans, Jack seeks to reconcile these new realities with his faith. Confronted with a myriad of questions and the enigmatic Ursula, Jack is forced to consider what a person must do when faced with insurmountable uncertainty as the world hurtles closer to war.

Kavan Rogness began his interest in writing during a fourth grade writing class and is excited to publish his debut novel. He has a bachelor's degree in communication studies and history from Gustavus Adolphus College, a master's degree in communication studies from Kansas State University, and a Master of Divinity degree from Bethel Seminary. He has spent most of his life in the Twin Cities, Minnesota area. He enjoys traveling, running, writing, and long conversations.
