It's a story that plays with the childlike tendency to take everything literally. One day, Joana overheard a conversation between her mother and the neighbor that left her worried: they were saying that the girl had her grandmother's nose! She started searching for the nose around the house but couldn't remember touching it, until she found a picture of her grandmother and understood everything! She really did have her grandma's nose!

Autorenporträt
Eva Santana was born on a stormy night in July, in Badalona, a city by the sea close to Barcelona. She still lives in Badalona but works at her studio, in Barcelona. She always liked to draw but she didn't know how to, so she started to go to classes five years ago. She took illustration classes in a school for grown-up people who were, like her, very curious about things they had not learned at school. When she was a child, what she liked the most was reading. She used to walk in the streets with her book open, colliding with the streetlights and, more than once, she broke her glasses! For her, books help children to be nicer grown-ups. Grandma's nose is her first book in Brazil.
