I can remember the many bags carried by my grannies, mom, aunts, cousins and their many friends, some purses were passed down from generation to generation. I still have a designer bag that was carried by my Mom in the 1970's passed down to me to carry then my sisters carried it for awhile and returned to my Mom and now I have it again.

This is her second published children's book. She admired the many purses worn by her grannies and many others while growing up in a Chicago south-side neighborhood and working many years in Chicago's downtown loop. She is a registered nurse and works in the Nashville area of Tennessee.
