Dr. Sanjana Nemade completed her undergraduate education from B.J. Medical College, Pune and postgraduate education from Topiwala National Medical College, and BYL Nair hospital, Mumbai. She has achieved the "Mumbai University award" for being topper in the postgraduate examination. At present, she is working as professor, ENT at SKN Medical college and general hospital, Pune. With 18 years of teaching experience, she has been doing all ENT and Head Neck surgeries with special interest in endoscopic and bronchoscopic surgeries. Performing intense qualitative work in research, she has been qualified with "Advanced diploma in clinical research". She has published more than 15 peer reviewed articles in international Pubmed indexed journals, more than 20 articles in national Pubmed indexed journals and has authored 2 books.

Dr. Kiran Shinde completed his undergraduate and postgraduate education from B.J. Medical College, Pune. He is an outstanding talent in the field of otorhinolaryngology with 38 years of huge teaching experience. He has trained many undergraduate and postgraduate students in his career. Along with ENT and Head Neck surgeries, he is an expert Excellency in bronchoscopic foreign body removal. He is always been an inspiring and motivating guide for research in the department as well as in the institute. He has published more than 25 articles in national and international journals and has authored 2 books. His achievements have been recognized by various awards.
