Ravindra Sharma, PhD. is an Assistant Professor at the Himalayan School of Management Studies in Swami Rama Himalayan University, Dehradun, India. He earned his Ph.D. in Management from Uttarakhand Technical University, India, and holds master's degrees in business administration (MBA) and computer applications (MCA). He also qualified for the University Grant Commission National Eligibility Test in Management (UGC-NET). Dr. Sharma has more than 16 years of corporate and academic experience and has conducted many faculty development programs for national and international audiences. He has published research papers in many refereed journals and has published books and chapters in the area of employer branding, HR 4.0, Internet of Things (IoT), Entrepreneurial Innovations and Artificial Intelligence (AI) with many reputed publishers. He has also presented research papers at national and international conferences and has been honored as a session chair and keynote speaker at international conferences at various universities. His research interests include employer branding, entrepreneurship, Industry 4.0, data analytics, artificial intelligence, talent management and business innovations. Geeta Rana, PhD. is an Associate Professor at the Himalayan School of Management Studies in Swami Rama Himalayan University, Jolly Grant, Dehradun, India. She earned her Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT, Roorkee) in Management and has earned certification in HR Analytics from the Indian Institute of Management Rohtak (IIMR). She is engaged in teaching, research, and consultancy assignments and has more than 17 years of experience in teaching and in handling various administrative as well as academic positions. Dr. Rana has to her credit over 50 papers published in refereed journals by publishers of repute and has also presented several research papers at national and international conferences. Dr. Rana has contributed several chapters in different books and has conducted and attended various workshops, FDPs, and MDPs. She is a recipient of many awards and her research interests include Data Analytics, Human Resource Management 4.0, Knowledge Management, Managerial Effectiveness, Justice, Values, Employer Branding, and Innovation. Shivani Agarwal, PhD. is an Associate Professor at Galgotias University, Greater Noida, India. She has earned her PhD from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT, Roorkee) in Management. She has completed the executive programme in HR Analytics from IIM Ahmedabad. She is engaged in teaching, research, and consultancy assignments. She has more than 13 years of experience in teaching and in handling various administrative positions. She also presented several research papers at national and international conferences. Dr. Agarwal has contributed chapters to different books published by Taylor and Francis, Springer and IGI Global. She has conducted and attended various workshops, FDPs and MDPs. She is the Book Series Editor of Information Technology, Management & Operations Research Practices, CRC Press, Taylor & Francis Group, USA. She is a guest editor with IGI-Global, USA. Her research interests include Quality of Work life, Trust, Subjective well-being, knowledge management, Employer Branding innovation and human resource management.
