The concept of green recovery suggests that economic growth and environmental sustainability can coexist. Germany prioritized renewable energy investments, energy efficiency, and sustainable mobility. France emphasized green investments, circular economy, sustainable agriculture, and biodiversity conservation. Italy focused on green infrastructure, sustainable tourism, renewable energy, and green job creation.
