Ray Belcher and Joada P. Hiatt wrote Greer: From Cotton Town to Industrial Center and are feature writers for GreerNow Magazine. Belcher, a Greer native, is a college history instructor. Hiatt, a retired librarian, is a professional storyteller and curator of the Greer Heritage Museum.
