Do you want to be the best parent you can be?
We all want to be good parents, but our pasts hold us back.
We all feel like we're failing at parenting.
In Grow Up , personal development guru Gary John Bishop shows us how to let go of what came before and start taking action.
Gary argues we're never going to measure up to the perfect parent model - this book will equip you to think about how you show up in the world to nurture your children in the present.
No more tips and tricks, Grow Up will help you take charge of the direction of your life and show your kids how to follow theirs.

Autorenporträt
Born and raised in Glasgow, Gary John Bishop moved to the US in 1997. This opened up his pathway to the world of personal development, specifically to ontology and phenomenology in which he was rigorously trained for a number of years before becoming a senior programme director with one of the world's leading personal development companies. His lifelong commitment to shifting people's ability to exert real change in their lives drives him each and every day. He has a no-frills approach that has brought him an ever increasing following, drawn to the simplicity and real-world use of his work. He lives in Florida with his wife and three sons.
Rezensionen
"Bishop successfully distills his wisdom into incisive and punchy lessons... and those who don't mind his salty prose ... will learn plenty. Parents seeking a new approach should give this a go." - Publisher's Weekly
