'Spiritual freedom is to be found in the world, not away from it...'

Why do I need a guru? Why should I meditate? What is the use of mantras? Why does the breath matter in spiritual practice? What is the significance of sexuality on the spiritual path? What do I do with the restless mind? Such questions, vital to the understanding of the self and the world, are explored in Guru: Ten Doors to Ancient Wisdom. Using the metaphor of doors, the reader is invited to enter different 'chambers', each one presenting the opportunity to explore and experience the spiritual truths contained therein. The reader also learns how these spiritual concepts are, finally, only tools to take the practitioner to the ultimate goal: union with the Divine.
