Autorenporträt
Educator, Tutor, Professional Speaker on Work Values, and Author.

"When one recognizes the value of his work and his expected contribution in any organization, the quality of that person's work dramatically increases..."

Mr. Jose Redentor "Toti" Sampedro (also known as Teacher Dad) has been conducting seminars and talks on work values and office/production efficiency since 2013. He started his speaking career focusing on the academe and has presented to a host of private schools in Metro Manila and in Luzon (in the Philippines). His approach of combining reflection points within his talks has touched the lives of hundreds of non-teaching personnel and line employees in various schools. He believes that the lessons learned in his talks are applicable also to the line employees of non-academic institutions.

Mr. Sampedro has also been an academic tutor for more than 12 years and his fatherly approach to helping his tutees understand their lessons earned him the name "Teacher Dad".
