Scott T. Allison is Professor of Psychology at the University of Richmond. He has published numerous books and articles on heroism, villainy, heroic leadership, and underdogs. George R. Goethals holds the E. Claiborne Robins Distinguished Professorship in Leadership Studies at the University of Richmond and studies heroes and presidential leadership. Roderick M. Kramer is the William R. Kimball Professor of Organizational Behavior at Stanford University and is the author or coauthor of more than a dozen academic books.
