Autorenporträt
W. Miles Cox is Professor of Psychology of Addictive Behaviours at Bangor University. He is Founding Editor of the journal Psychology of Addictive Behaviors (APA) and Past President of the APA Division on Addictions. In 2004, Professor Cox received a Presidential Citation from Division 50 (Addictions) of the American Psychological Association for pioneering work on Psychology of Addictive Behaviors. A Fellow in the American Psychological Association and a Charter Fellow in the American Psychological Society, he has published widely, primarily in addictive behaviors.  Eric Klinger is Professor of Psychology Emeritus at the University of Minnesota. He is a Fellow in the American Association for the Advancement of Science and the American Psychological Association, and a Charter Fellow of the American Psychological Society. Professor Klinger received the Henry A. Murray Award 'for distinguished contributions to the study of lives' from the Society for Personality and Social Psychology in 2005. He has published widely on issues related to motivation.
