After serving for 25 years, he took voluntary retirement from the Indian Air Force at a young age of 46 to pursue a career of teaching and writing.He is an engineer by training, an aviation-man by profession, a teacher at heart, a motivator and counsellor by instinct and a social worker by choice.
He is a writer by passion, and this is his 40th book, though the first one where he has applied both head and the heart in equal measure to pen down his experiences!
