Two Jewish escapees from a nearby concentration camp complex bring home the horror of what the Nazi machine, and many ordinary Germans, inflicted on the innocent Jewish populations of Europe. The book is a voyage, both physical and mental, of my protagonists.

Autorenporträt

This is my first novel. I've been writing all my life for fun. I used to be a Russian to English translator in London. I have also tried my hand as an apprentice landscape gardener, a covenant fundraiser for Amnesty International, the founder of a successful cram school in Taipei, and many more. I'm 46 and currently a university lecturer. I teach World History, German, International Culture, and Cosmology. I speak 5 languages. I walk mountains. I cycle. I have 2 dogs, 3 children, and one tolerant wife. I drink too much beer.
