William J. Rademacher is the author of five books, including The New Practical Guide for Parish Councils. He has served as theological consultant on pastoral ministry to the Catholic diocese of Las Cruses, New Mexico. Rademacher is a former professor of theology and director of the pastoral ministry program at Duquesne University, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
