Author's Bio Education PhD, Walden University; MPA, New York University; MSEd, city college (CUNY); BS, Lehman College (CUNY). Expertise Health policy and management, financial management, community health, risk management in health care, international health-care systems and elementary through high school education. Projects As an accountant at Family Support Systems Unlimited, Inc., in the Bronx, New York, he managed accounts payable and trained special program candidates. Thereafter, he held academic positions at the New York City Department of Education, the Bronx Community College (CUNY), the University of Phoenix, and the University of Applied Management (UAM) in Ghana. He has published several articles.
