Jaymes pursued his undergraduate studies at the University of California, San Diego, majoring in Biochemistry and Cellular Biology with a minor in Psychology. Driven by a desire to make a tangible impact, he decided to pursue a career in medicine and earned his Medical Doctorate (MD), integrating scientific rigor with medical knowledge. Jaymes has had academic appointments at multiple medical schools and is an award-winning educator, recognized for his ability to inspire and train the next generation of doctors. Throughout his life, Jaymes has always had a love for writing. He began penning short stories and essays that reflected his medical expertise, psychological insights, and the rich tapestry of cultures he had encountered. Outside of his professional and literary pursuits, Jay enjoys the outdoors, video gaming and spending time with his family. Jaymes resides in the United States but frequently visits the UK, where he finds solace and inspiration in the northeastern landscapes and people he holds dear.
