Tom Casier is Jean Monnet Chair and Reader in International Relations at the University of Kent's Brussels School of International Studies (BSIS), Belgium. Jan Aart Scholte is Professor of Global Transformations and Governance Challenges at Leiden University, Netherlands and Co-Director of the Centre for Global Cooperation Research at the University of Duisburg-Essen, Germany.
