Perhaps due to my childhood hallucinations and my voracious reading habit, I got into meditation at an early age and after 20 some years I started to experience my consciousness leaving my body involuntarily. This led me to the Monroe Institute where I got involved with hemi-sync and learned how to trigger and control OOBEs for another twenty years and then to Matrix Energetics. Or maybe this is just what I was meant to do because I got so many "assists" along the way, from people, visions, visitations and events of synchronicity.
