Autorenporträt
R. A. Liebfahrt (Jg. 1967) ist auf einem Bergbauernhof in Fohnsdorf in der Steiermark aufgewachsen. Schon früh hat der Hoferbe deshalb die Traditionen und Mythen des Bauernlebens kennengelernt, wozu eine streng katholische Erziehung und die arbeitsreiche Lebensweise eines Bauern gehörten. Nach Volks- und Hauptschule besuchte Liebfahrt die landwirtschaftliche Handelsschule und die Forstwartschule. Er lebt mit seiner Frau Karin in seiner Heimatgemeinde; die beiden Töchter Lisa und Theresa haben bereits eigene Kinder. R. A. Liebfahrt verfasst seit seiner Jugend Gedichte, lustige, satirische Kurzgeschichten, aber auch zeitkritische Weihnachtsstücke sowie Romane (u. a. ¿Im nächsten Leben werde ich Bauer¿, ¿Der letzte Flug des Chyratos¿). Seine Liebe zum Wald und zur Natur inspirieren den Autor stets aufs Neue, seine Gedanken aufzuschreiben.
