Ollie Ann Barnett lives in the Northeast corner of Alabama. She wrote Her Blood, Their Battle after being tired of seeing the same worn-out tropes in books with vampires and angels, so she decided to create a story that pitted the two creatures against one another. The male protagonist was inspired by her loving and supportive husband. When Ollie is not writing, she's spending time with her family on their farm in Flat Rock Alabama.
