Autorenporträt
Dalbir Singh, Ph.D., former Professor of Botany, University of Rajasthan, Jaipur, India, received his Master's degree in Botany in 1952 and his Ph.D. in Reproductive Biology and Developmental Morphology in 1959 from Agra University. For 40 years (1952 to 1992), he taught generations of graduate and postgraduate students, and conducted courses in reproductive biology, embryology, anatomy, seed pathology, and seed technology. Dr. Singh initiated the teaching of seed pathology and seed technology to postgraduate students in the Department of Botany at Jaipur in 1975.
