Autorenporträt
Rebecca Spanbauer is a historic preservation specialist. She holds a bachelor's degree in Fine/Studio Arts from Davidson College and a master's degree in American History, Historic Preservation from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Ms. Spanbauer provided staff services in historic preservation for the Wake County Historic Preservation Commission. She also worked as an environmental reviewer for the North Carolina State Historic Preservation Office. Ms. Spanbauer is the Principal and Architectural Historian at Cardinal Historic Preservation Services, LLC. In preparing this report, she performed a comprehensive historic architecture survey of Northampton County that included documentation of approximately 875 properties according to state and federal guidelines.
