The writer Mustafa Sadiq Al-Rafi'i is considered one of the most famous contemporaries who was interested in the issue of the miraculousness of the Qur'an. He even devoted the second part of the book "The History of Arab Literature" to this purpose, then made it an independent book in its own right titled "The Miracle of the Qur'an and Prophetic Eloquence," in which he explained the aspects of the miraculous nature of the Holy Qur'an and its verses. Its language, vocabulary, structures, collection, writing, and ways of reading it. Al-Rafi'i believes that the Qur'anic miracle exceeds human nature, so he cannot reach the secret of the miracle, but he can, through research and scrutiny, discover some of its aspects. The truest evidence of the miracle of the Holy Qur'an is the inability of the Arabs to come up with something similar to it, despite the challenge that has been repeated in places. Different from him, to produce something like him, so their silence was an acknowledgment of their inability and its miracle. While the last quarter of the book is devoted to talking about prophetic eloquence, the description of the Prophet, peace and blessings of God be upon him, the precision of his logic, the consistency of his words despite his fewness, the denial of poetry about him, and his influence on the language.
