Many civilizations arose in Egypt since prehistoric times, that is, more than ten thousand years ago. They spread throughout the valley, settled in special areas, and had characteristics for which they were known. These civilizations could be studied from their remains, and it was possible to know the extent of their relationship with each other. The most important of these civilizations are those that appeared in the Neolithic Age, which are: the civilization of Badari, Tassa, Marmara, Beni Salama, Helwan, Maadi, and Fayoum. Traces of these civilizations were found in their graves, in which they placed everything they wanted to find in the second world, according to their religious traditions, such as food, property, and decorations. Castor oil seeds, traces of iron and copper compounds, glass, and some medicinal plants such as aloe vera were also found in prehistoric graves. Some drawings that distinguish some plants, such as cactus, were also found on their vessels.
