Autorenporträt
Jessica Hmiel earned a BA in social work from Mans¿eld University, after which she worked investigating child abuse cases. She and her husband have since travelled the world, and even lived in China for several years. When the COVID pandemic began, they and their young son relocated back to Corning, NY, where Jessica has focused on her passion for writing during quarantine. She plans to return to social work soon, hoping to serve victims of abuse, helping to guide them toward a path of healing.
