RODEO MEN
DADDY WAS A COWBOY
D enver Briggs was the last of the untamed cowboys. Years ago April had been powerless to resist his tender seduction. But now that she was a woman-and the mother of his child-she knew it was madness to give herself to the rugged rodeo man again. This time she had her child to think of-and so much more to lose. For though the cowboy's arms were where April longed to be, what would Denver do when he discovered that home was with the woman who'd never forgotten him-and the child he'd never known?
A secret father, a passionate protector, a make-believe groom-these cowboys are husbands waiting to happen!

Autorenporträt
Doreen Roberts was born in London before the onset of WWII, and spent many days in bomb shelters, where she entertained her classmates by making up stories. She contributes her love of writing suspense to those perilous times, when just waking up in the mornings was a major victory. Doreen now lives in Oregon with her husband, Bill, and Bella, a chihuahua who's the boss. Doreen has written over sixty books, and has made the Waldenbooks Top Ten Romance list seven times.
