Home Run Home Run is a journal of the Authors life after being diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer and the walk to a heroic win. Walking through the different phases of chemotherapy, surgery and radiation. The trials and tribulations of getting through those dark dreary days. Pages filled with lines of poetry of the places ones mind had tread being on such a voyage as this. Home Run will be an inspirational story to all. Bringing motivation and encouragement to those who have fallen prey to cancer. To others it will be a glimpse of support, of what to expect, so they too can help.

Autorenporträt
Born in Fontana, CA., U.S.A. to Canadian parents Cindy was raised on Cape Breton Island, Sydney N.S., Canada. Having a bunch of Cape Bretoners forming her personality along with the hand of God was awesome. Her story was right on time and not a heartbeat sooner or later. Looking back and seeing how she walked down God's arm and into the palm of His hand will amaze her for the rest of her days. Ending up in Seattle Wa. Years later is testimony to her Christian walk. It may not have been the road she would have prepared for herself if she could have chosen some of it. But God sees the end and opened her road for freedom, love, adventure, joy, peace, health and faithfulness. Now residing in Seattle Washington area, she lives close to some of her children and grandchildren. She continues to write with passion. Cindy's previous books Pieces, Open The Door, The Squirrels Who Came To Stay and Marty The Molecular Ant And Friends are filled with pages of poetry, art and storytelling. Home Run is a journal of the Author's life after being diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer and the walk to a heroic win. She faces many challenges in her life but trusts in the Lord that he is waking with her.
