How Are You Feeling Now? is packed with fun, imaginative ways to help children understand and express a range of emotions and is a brilliant addition to How Are You Feeling Today?

Feelings visit us all the time. They are a normal part of being human! This is the perfect picture book to help children understand and manage their feelings early on. Offering child-friendly strategies for dealing with feelings, this book looks at 12 big emotions and makes them simple for children.

From feeling proud, brave and grateful to frustrated, anxious and lonely, it shows children just what to do when they're faced with these everyday emotions. It's full of beautiful illustrations by Sarah Jennings and child-friendly, humorous language to delight little readers.

Notes at the back of the book explain emotional intelligence to parents, carers and practitioners and provide more ideas and strategies to use with children.

Let's Talk books help you start meaningful conversations with your child. Written by an expert and covering topics like feelings, relationships, diversity and mental health, these comforting picture books support healthy discussion right from the start.
