Up to the age of forty-seven, Graham lived a full and successful life. Then disaster came in the form of a life-changing stroke. Closing down his business, moving from his home and finding himself single, Graham had to somehow find the strength to carry on, including learning how to walk again. He examines the detrimental effect of negativity on our lives and on the impact for our futures, gives specific examples of how to use the power of being positive to defeat negative thoughts and how moving forward by learning from our mistakes can change futures forever.
