Cheryl Peltekis, RN has been in healthcare since the age of 13. She fell in love with Home Health Care in nursing school and knew she wanted to have her own agency. When she was 26, Cheryl opened her first company a Home Health Agency. 2 years later she opened her second company, a private duty organization, and in 2008, she opened her 3rd company, a Hospice. She is an infectious leader who makes working in post-acute settings look easy and fun. Cheryl spent 20 years running her agencies deficiency free. Today she speaks around the world at events. She is a National Speaker Association member and has a successful consulting company called Home Care Sales, where she helps organizations help get more patients services. This proud mother of 5 knows how to run a team, and has amazing stories that come to life when she shares them. This book is how Cheryl took her failing company, how she adopted a sales process, wrote a 52-wk sales plan, and how she coached her team members to build a business that was failitng and turned it around in under 10 months!
