Jen Dugard is Australia's leading 'mummy trainer'. As owner of Body Beyond Baby, Sydney's largest 'mum only' exercise company, she heads a team of trainers who are changing the way mums feel about their bodies. Jen trained with the Australian Institute of Fitness, and holds specialist certificates in pre and postnatal exercise. She works closely with women's health physiotherapists, nutritionists, chiropractors and naturopaths to ensure her clients are thoroughly looked after. She is also well-versed in the use of Real Time Ultrasound to assess pelvic floor and transversus abdominis activation. Presenter, author and contributor to multiple publications Jen is establishing herself as a key person of influence in her industry, creating communities through exercise, building support networks for mums and challenging them to take time out for themselves.
