In essence, this book is about deconstructing the Buddha story and creating small practices of meditation that you can easily do at home. It is also about creating some parallels between the Buddha story and some of the other meditation lessons I've learned through my study/practice of meditation.
It is a simple guide for learning basic meditation for begginers.
''He had been traveling 6 years, he had experienced pain and suffering and had stretched the boundaries of his mind, but he still hadn't found peace and harmony he had been looking for. The state of absolute wisdom and everlasting bliss known as enlightenment. Siddharta arrived at Bodh Gaya, here his torment would end. He sits down beneath a tree and vowed not leave until he would reach enlightenment.''
''Flesh may decay, bones may fall apart, but I will not leave this place until I've reached enlightenment.''
The Story of Buddha interpreted through the centuries.
