Methamphetamine is an extremely difficult drug to stop using. Even if a person has only recently started using meth, withdrawal symptoms can be harsh. Withdrawal symptoms are more likely to appear depending on how much and for how long the drug has been used. Considering how severely meth affects the brain, it typically does not matter how the substance was administered. The two main ways to stop using methamphetamine are "cold turkey" and a recovery plan. "Cold turkey" might be tough and have a low success rate. In this book, I will explain my experience and reveal what helped me to go "cold turkey" and quit meth for good.
