I was born in Denmark and since coming to Australia in 1969 I have worked for a variety of companies. In 2008 I received an (MBA) and a (CPA) certificate. My personal aim has always been to assist companies and individuals making the best of what they know and then mentored them to think strategically and be entrepreneurial. Over the last 30 years I have realised that there is very little real structures for small business operators. There is plenty of information in books and on the internet however most of it would confuse people and because of that some or most won't ever look at books or the internet for solutions. Because of that I have designed a structured step-by-step program which lists all the information from hundreds of books, seminars as well as the internet. From all the information I have prepared a book with an action plan for businesses to follow and if they do I have listed an expected result. This procedure I believe is unique and should benefit most business owners. I believe a company could be turned around in 90 days provided the 59 categories in the book are studied in the right sequence as well as preparing an action plan for each category. As mentioned above I have always been involved in assisting businesses either directly or through organisations which I have been a member. Some of the organisations are listed below: .
