SweetPea was born in Brooklyn New York in 1976. Her mother was from North Carolina and her father was from South Carolina they went to school in Brooklyn New York and that's how they met. Her father went to the Army Her parents were married in Colorado Springs. shortly after she returned to New York which is where she Completed her education. She has gone to Fiorello LaGuardia College, Onondaga Community College and she has attended computer vocational classes through PEACE Inc. in Syracuse, New York where she obtained her A+ Computer repair certification.

She has worked in the technology field for over 17 years she has worked as a field technician field analyst and Systems Engineer. She is also worked as a technology, trainer, and coach. She has also worked in customer service and administration for over 10 years,

She has traveled to many places such as California, Kentucky, New York, North Carolina Maryland, and Pennsylvania. She likes to write about technology, business, non-fiction, recipes, and travel,
