H.O.Mounce is Senior Lecturer in Philosophy at the University of Wales, Swansea. He is well known for his brilliant introduction to Wittgenstein's Tractatus. His other publications include The Two Pragmatisms: From Peirce to Rorty and Moral Practices (with D.Z.Phillips), both published by Routledge.
