Writing with children for more than 17 years I have come to see that children learn easily when things are repeated to them. With each new shape that is shown, the previous one slides over to the next page so the children will continuously see all of them. They can compare the differences while seeing the shapes side by side. Adding in colors to help them to memorize each color as well.

Autorenporträt
Working with children for more than 17 years I have come to see that children learn easily when things are repeated to them. With each new shape that is shown, the previous one slides over to the next page so the children will continuously see all of them. They can compare the differences while seeing the shapes side by side. Adding in colors helps them to memorize each color as well. I was born in Rockford, Illinois and raised in East Los Angeles. I started "Working" with children when I was attending elementary school. I used to put in time in the kindergarten class and get credit for it from my teacher. I saw how the kids, even myself, was fascinated when the teacher would present something new to the class. She once brought out a caterpillar for the kids to hold. I remember looking at their faces and seeing the wonder in their eyes, there is nothing like it. At that moment, I knew I would be working with children as my career.
