This book is dedicated to all the young or older persons who may have gone through any types of abuse, and are currently struggling in upholding their self-esteem, image and wellness. Madeline & Edith have carefully selected and compiled these encouraging words as a starting point to address your psychosomatic (mental, emotional, spiritual and or your inner man) challenges. We have kept the literature short but direct so that beginners can easily digest them as a spiritual medicine as and when needed. Proverbs 18:21. We acknowledged the demands and dynamics of our society and the less time we have to reflect, meditate and appreciate who we truly are and why we are here on earth. In the last years, Edith and I have encountered so many struggles and challenging times, but with the help of these simple but positive psychological affirmations; we were able to thrive and overcome. We strongly believe that its time we share our simple but robust discovery which we believe you might find useful as we did, in navigating your world. Especially for those who are overloaded with lifes burden and may not have the privilege to speak to specialists or someone about how they feel or think.

Autorenporträt
Madeline Johnson and Edith Juxon-Smith are a dynamic mother and daughter duo. Madeline is a working class mother, businesswoman, a philanthropist raised in Sierra Leone by George and Patricia Johnson (in loving memory). After being blessed to work in and around Europe for over five years, it gave her more of an insight to people, their cultures, and paradigms and have given her an even greater appreciation of how people work. Edith, after years of British schooling, life experiences, and an array of lessons learnt, faced the challenge of wanting to really live out her dreams at the age of twenty-three, writing, creating, helping, changing the world. Not knowing how to go about it, Edith joined forces with her mother to figure out how they could change the world! After a load of consideration and consistent research, we were brought to this point of creating something that would help people help themselves. Both born in Sierra Leone, our background hasn't been an easy one, and we know firsthand what it feels like to feel like you have no one to help or no place to go for help. After soul searching and coming closer to God, Madeline came to the idea of affirmations (the idea of repeating something positive to yourself till it becomes your only thoughts) with being pointed out from very young as very creative and amazing writing potential. Edith started to make use of it. Combined, we created this amazing idea of wanting to go to the source and saving it. Teaching children from very young to understand that it is the things that we repeat to ourselves daily makes our character. We wanted to create a whole range of books or ways that help people realize how they can heal themselves!
