It's always easier to go back to what was normal and be accepted, as oppose to finding out what's on the other side and accepting yourself. Learning to love ourselves is a lesson that teaches us how to be successful in life. It helps us nurture ourselves back to life and gain the necessary tools we need to individualize our own wants and needs. This book is my way of reminding myself who and what God created me to be. It's a reminder of how far I've come and a clear roadmap to where I'm going.
