Frank Mahr is a husband and the father of two wonderful kids. I Can Sleep Alone is his first published work, the idea for which came following many sleepless nights with his son, who was afraid to go to bed by himself. Strange noises in the night, shadows in the room, and other things may be overwhelming or scary for some children when trying to sleep in their own beds. The author hopes that I Can Sleep Alone can be used as a tool by parents and caregivers to show their children that sleeping alone does not have to be a stressful or scary experience.
