Nach einer Lehre zur Hotelfachfrau lebte und arbeitete Caro Neuhofer einige Jahre in London und Zürich. Da für sie schon immer der Mensch im Mittelpunkt stand, holte sie ihr Abitur nach und studierte Soziale Arbeit. Anschließend arbeitete sie 7 Jahre in einem Wohnheim für schwerst psychisch kranke Menschen. Danach machte sie sich selbständig und betreut seit 11 Jahren Menschen, die ihre Hilfe benötigen. Zu ihren Lieblingsaktivitäten gehört neben dem Lesen und Yoga das Singen. Sie ist in zwei Bands und hat regelmäßige Auftritte in Musical-Aufführungen.
